After nearly ten years living and working in upstate New York, Emily returned to Maine to spend more time with her family and to contribute to the stewardship of her beloved, adopted home state. Graduating from Cornell University with her Master's degree in 2016, Emily had the good fortune of learning from some of the finest minds in marketing research and development. With experience in a variety of marketing roles, she is fascinated by the intersections of data and communication in digital marketing, especially in regard to compelling content and storytelling used to hone brand differentiation and value. She is passionate about facilitating dynamic and collaborative marketing partnerships, and attributes her fondness for anticipating needs to her background in the hospitality industry. Emily loves exploring the restaurant scene in Maine and beyond, as well as traveling to explore sites culinary and otherwise. She enjoys reading, writing, spending time with friends and family. She takes frequent advantage of the great live music scene in Portland, where she can be found paying homage to her farming roots by collecting as many pets as possible.
